The moral of this story is that reverse Splits are (ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ) absolute poison.

that CEO should have never ever mentioned an R/S

now he's paid the price.. why on earth would any buy this POS right now when in two weeks they are going to vote on 25/1 reverse split.
that means it will be re-listed about $3.74 per share and then the shorts are going to then destroy it back to .25

and then this CEO will just ask for another R/S in 8 more months.

no wonder everyone ran like a deer the other way. lots of dead phone lines on that conference call when sh*t started hitting the fan that day. so glad I got out with some type of gain, but definitely missed the 29 cent window of opportunity. damn it.
