Not someone something. The bankruptcy trustees are paid from a % of the money the bankrupt company has and part of the filing fee. Since EDIG has almost no money and no real assets and few or no creditors to be paid the case was simply not suitable for bankruptcy and the trustees do not have to take on such cases and also not get paid! The trustee felt in EDIGs case a simple corporate dissolution would be more appropriate.
