locking the float 75 shares at a time..lol.. but really there is a good possibility a good portion of the float is actually in strong hands..would be interesting to see what this security would do in the case of an actual update or any sign of life given by TALK...could see one of those 1000% days. If the big guys are all still holding..then those on this board..3-500 Million could be in solid hands not counting insiders.

Hoping with everything i got on this one...
