Old saying goes, it is not what you know, but who you know. After 10+ years of working in the beltway, amazing the folks you meet if you get out and about. I assure everyone on this board, SEC and others at other regulatory government agencies are fully aware of what goes on at this site, the DIGX board and are given adequate information on concerned awareness efforts/individuals, often time by me.......a matter of frequency, information (incorrect) and damages associated. Often times comes down to standing, jurisdiction, precedent and overall cost to prosecute versus need. Given enough, they will act, as we have seen on other fronts of late.... Cheers!
