I had a few questions answered today off the IR line (Armen).

They are very happy with the new directors and feel they are already helping them.
First look equities not so much. They are on the last month. They are looking at 3rd parties. They also have an internal person working on social medial and looking into other outlets.

2nd audited financials (2017) are being worked on as we speak and they should be completed some time near the end of this quarter. Nasdaq is still the end goal. They feel a R/S will never be needed.

Midam Ventures.... mum is still the word.

Still seeking M&A, said they have some good leads.

I have never had a IR email answered and i have never had a phone call not answered.
