.....will haynes back off or take down the FDIC....????......he filed a lame appeal and it looks like he just mailed it in with a cut and paste of tommy mac's SJ..................BUT THE APPEAL IS PROGRESSING.........FDIC gets to answer..............and then some back and forth and back and forth and oral arguments and extensions................COULD GO ON FOR YEARS.......but it's still an 'equity' case and really a BK dispute..........so a decision will be swift.......................

....I'm always wrong when handicapping or guessing what the FDIC will do............but these mofos should absolutely NOT lose martinez......they shouldn't even risk the appeal moving forward..............totally unnecessary gamble by the FDIC to let an idiot like mark e. haynes play with martinez.....................whatever..............

.....because this involves UWBI, the ending will get drawn out and whatever happens will be STRANGE, BIZARRE, WEIRD and uwbi cusip holders will get slammed............that's a 100% guarantee...........................
