......would be some missing funds, however......$178.2mm in sale proceeds, $53mm to priority claimants.........leaving a balance of $125mm, BUT WE ARE ONLY GETTING ABOUT $80mm worth of fudge...............we might still get the $40mm, in cash, but very doubtful, imo............dudes who set up this deal are too shrewd.........................aimho......................
