When you can't potentially interfere in the legal process, or they aren't required to respond, good luck trying to get any info out of the trustee or Linda his "assistant", who as best I can figure out is acting as the attorney for the trustee.
There have been press reports of a warehouse in VA that contains the manufacturing equipment, supplies and possibly product of RCP. I'm interested in buying some of it. I've more then once and again yesterday inquired if Linda knew what was there, and could I bid on it. I even offered to buy everything in the warehouse sight unseen for $10,000. I've gotten zero responses to any inquires about the warehouse.
If fact when I inquired about bidding on the patents, she first wanted me to verify that I had the means to actually buy anything I bid on. Knowing "accredited investor" is a legal term, and I do qualify, I said I was an accredited investor. It was good enough, but I had the feeling if I hadn't claimed that, she would have just blew me off so as to not "waste" the trustee's time. I had a passing thought of objecting just so the stupid trustee might have to do some actual work, but decided I had better things to spend the money on.
So does anybody know anything about the warehouse other than what we've seen in press reports? I guess I need to see if I can find a phone # and make some calls.
