The two issues that I see, how much longer in the sense of patience will the market give a pass to CYRX.. Revenue growth, burn and continued capital needs.. While I give credit to the CEO for his operational skills, his capital market knowledge seems to be weak.. Listen to the last conference call. The Needham analyst was practically begging for the CEO to forecast.. Markets are forward looking... The answer to the Cowen question about the BLFS container, the answer was beyond the capacity of 99% of the shareholder base, myself included..
And where was the conference call coming from , a dog kennel.. What's with the barking dogs? When it comes to the street, the CYRX CEO seems to be arrogant, in my opinion..Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
Here's the diffference between CYRX and BLFS.. While CYRX is the far superior entity because of the over all solutions they offer, BLFS at least tries to be shareholder friendly.. I believe BLFS has announced 4 or 5, 10 year supply agreements in the last few months. CYRX, nothing in 4 months..Same accounts. BLFS just gave preliminary guidance for Q4 and forecasted their 2018 revenues. BLFS I understand also explained their capital needs and future requirements. CYRX management could not forecast the weather outside if they were looking up at the sky.. The second issue, is CYRX immune from a market correction or even a bear market..
The 10K is coming out next, let's hope for at least 3.3 million to 3.4 million in revenues, that would be a great number in my opinion. That's only asking for 10% QoQ growth.. Curious to see the cash position, especially with this warrant conversion currently under consideration.. Two other metrics, burn and gross margin expansion..
