wish I knew... its a matter of time all court cases closed. could be January hopefully February could be later. I know the product they have patent on is better than the competition and they are billion dollar companies .... I will look up some info I had years ago on this Syringe no.1 that they were looking to market. Easy buyout of patent or merger with a manufacturer. What I like is they haven't increased OS and its very tight here with SS. Someone hit the ask today for almost 1 million not a lot but theres a chance Chart is amazing if they get it together. Seems like a Grand slam at these prices or zilch. Time will tell..according to level 2 the bid is growing daily.... I only have a million shares but may bid sit for another 500k Moves on air
