So if you read the press release which caused this ralley, it says that the new issued shares will convert in April or if the market cap exceeds 50 (!) Million USD. Correct me if am wrong, but currently there are 11 Million shares on issue and additional 28 Million get issued for Kryptonite, so that totals up to 39 Million shares.

A 50 Million market cap would equal 1 Dollar....Is that what the shareholders are expecting ? That's a 12 X increase from today's price.

It all looks like this stock is going to rock the next weeks.....

It's just hit a new 5 Year Year High at 75 !
