Very important with the increase in the Authorized Shares (AS) of IFXY is that it is basically a nonissue for us shareholders versus what some have incorrectly claimed to be dilution. It’s nothing more than a journal entry to legitimize things administratively that will be retracted back to its previous form.
I think some investors were spooked about the AS increase for the wrong reasons. The increase is going to be executed back to be a decrease in the AS per the company since such was only done as a formality to administratively consummate the merger with Cryptocurrency Corp into IFXY.
