Where did I predict 28 days to change in share prices?

There is a 20 days timeframe to adjust Articles of Incorporation with this move. Which they did. Check NV SOS site (link below). The factual RS can be anytime now that it has been approved and filed in the official way. It's a ticking timebomb now.

The previous RS here also took some time before it finally went through.
