Unreal how they keep strining this along: "I just wanted to give you a quick update on how things are going.
We appreciate that some of you cannot pay or are concerned about putting good money after bad but the rest of you are stepping up and we have enough to be able to talk litigation strategy seriously with lawyers.

I am going to be in the USA next week to meet with lawyers and possible litigation funders because with the best will in the world we are going to fall short of the required $250,000. "
