YJ,

Had I originally heeded your posts I would have saved myself considerable money, a great deal of energy, and above all, my sanity.

However, should you look back prior to June 2016, and through the approximately 4 or 5 years preceding that, you will find my posts were a complete 180° reversal from the cheerleader you know me as.

But since June, 2016 there is a good deal which does not make business sense to me. I could post several pages of bullet points (single spaced) supporting my reasoning but have no desire.

A few of my recent posts (during these past 2 or 3 weeks) sum up my thoughts. They contain links to posts I made a year back. But you may also wish to ask yourself why all of Neom's competitors remain alive and aggressively engaged in this nascent industry at a time when it would seem Neom has folded. Why would YA close the doors?? There are vast sums to be made even for companies which own minimal patents (Scanbuy was forced to license Neom's patents, yet Neom was issued free unlimited use of Scanbuy's patents).

Neom has won both the USPTO and EUPTO patent challenges TWICE, and subsequently was awarded the Clearinghouse patent which IMSO serves to replace the 048 patent as the controlling patent for the ecosystem! To my knowledge, Neom has also won ALL patent infringement suits (whether settled or in trial).

The above does not convey the depth of my reasoning and opinions. It runs far deeper. How you in particular choose to view my posts is entirely up to you. You enjoy an extensive background in finace, something I lack. But what I do carry is extensive high level business experience, and I simply believe in my perspective.

Could it be that YA simply stole the company from the shareholders and is reaping 100% of revenue, yes. However, I simply do not believe so. In the past several weeks NM, LLC announced on Twitter the company has a new website (qode.com). Neom.com was immediately taken down. I suggest you access their "mobile" site from your handset (m.qode.com). Click on their Investors Link, then access the additional Investors links on that page. One leads to Neom's ticker on MarketWatch; the other leads to an Investors page filled with the name "Neomedia." This is a newly promoted website.

There is more...so much more that I've not time or desire to post the information.

Best,
Be Confident
