Looking at the trading in general, I agree that it is being manipulated. Whomever is saturating the market with their shares is definitely trying to keep the price from bottoming too fast so that either the share price doesn't go to zero before they complete the dump of all their shares or to keep driving the price lower for accumulation purposes.
