USTU ceased to exist in 2014. John Ballard took the shell over a few months ago. Today, USTU officially changed its name to Ariel Corporation.

John Ballard is nothing more than a shell buyer. He will turn the company over to Ariel mgmt when they merge into shell. He has done this multiple times before. IMO

Expect to see filings soon with an official ticker/name change. The confirmation will be when new officers are added on NVSOS that match Ariel Corporation's officers.
