Christopher P. Vallos Amended Consulting Agreement
Mr. Vallos, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer entered into an amended executive consulting
agreement with the company on December 15, 2017, (the “Amended Executive Consulting Agreement”),
pursuant to which Mr. Vallos will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, President,
and Chairman of the Board of Directors
?? The term of Mr. Vallos’s consulting agreement is for a period of three years which commenced on May 2, 2017.
?? Mr. Vallos will be paid a base consulting fee of $3,000 per month.
?? Mr. Vallos will be issued a one-time amount of 60,000,000 restricted common shares of the Company at a issuance
price of .05 per share.
