Unless something changed, deadline is tomorrow. Absolutely any of us here has a right to object.

Of course what you object to might make it irrelevant.

The most obvious objection is he didn't try worth a crap to find the highest and best bidder. He in no way tried to shop the patents around and says so right in the documents. He contacted a few entities that he thought might be interested and that was about it as far as I can tell. Doesn't appear to really have any idea what the patents are.
