I don't think they have any interest in the public company.

I have heard that they have been mining gold for the past couple of years...yet the public company is non-reporting and is in shambles...with looking like there is no intent to bring it current and give us shareholders ever a chance to recoup our investment...

I guess no reporting no taxes no anything...DOA...

Not a stock pro...always due your own due diligence...these are just my opinions.
