"What was the purpose, intent, necessity or benefit in Reverse Splitting the shares" ??

This is not a question posed to you or anyone on this forum because no one knows the answer except the CEO.

As far as "Charlie", as soon as he mentioned that the stock would run to a dollar, that's when I lost all hope. I mean if that's truly what his reasoning was, then there's something very very wrong here. There's no reason for a company to reverse split unless they intend on issuing stock to raise capital
