A total disaster.. Nasdaq MUST take imminent action. Michael Hansen shoul repay the money he stole from the company when the phony uplifting took place.

The Nasdaq listing should have been revoked, not onkly because of the fraudulent bookkeeping, but also because the company was uplifted on a hoax. There was NO equity !!!
