I feel somewhat confident you may know the answer to this question:
As I seem to recall in the recesses of my mind, Dr. Soon had acquired a company, held it essentially as a dead company for a period of time before executing a r/m and earning a fortune while saving the merged company a literal fortune in taxes by bypassing the IPO process. My question is, how long was his company dead prior to executing the r/m? A year, two years, three? Would you have a link to information supporting the timeframe?
Best,
Be Confident
