That’s a good question. The only thing left for those who fought the last reverse merger deal is this shell. It was the only thing of value after the previous mismanagement, and it is what a very dedicated group fought to keep.

The shareholders won in this case, albeit at great expense to end up with this empty shell, hopefully that fight wasn’t just in vain and the core group can find something of value for everyone who worked to keep this shell.
