500AS and a shell that has a 10-1 reverse split of the shares would mean that there is ALOT of ROOM for the AFRICAN POWER COMPANY to come in, and plant their operations in the shell. When they effect the 10-1 reverse split, there will be only 14,914,400 shares represented and left after the merger. That is less than 3% of the OS. Call it a FINDERs FEE, to leave the remaining 3% to reward in the success of the REVERSE MERGER.

14,914,400 divided by 500AS = .028% of the shell structure left alive. The rest of the AS structure or 97.2% of their money will be retained with ACCR SHELL. Heck, CREEDE - as a 25% shareholder, I would approve to a 100-1 reverse split if the deal involved a REVERSE MERGER of a BILLION DOLLAR AFRICAN POWER COMPANY. If they cleaned out the shell, and squeezed us out of the shell some more....well, let's see....

That would mean 1,491,440 shares would be all that is left over. My 25% of that would be 350,000 shares.

So, at this rate, the ACCR shell structure would be cleaned out so that only .28% of the shareholders would be REMAINED and ALIVE. If we get a $2 valuation, because of that BILLION DOLLAR reverse merger....we are still looking at the same scenario to me.

$750,000 in cash payment to me - that is what I predict will be my financial take after this deal is DONE.

Just saying, hypothetically.
