Glad I figured out it was a pump and dump. That allowed me to sell shares at a slight profit last year.

Next Q or 10-K should be out in a few weeks. And, TMPS can't lie. Or, they risk going to jail. But, don't expect them to be straightforward until they have to be. They're probably not doing so well these days since Notesholders weren't able to convert in December 2017.

Before April 2018, they have to disclose keeping interest payment covenants.
