I agree that there is likely an r/m candidate already lined up, perhaps several. This kind of shell is a rare find. Debt free, attractive SS, and a medical sector background. Perhaps we see a bidding war? LOL

Nice activity lately both in the courts and on the L2. PACER reports are frequent, new buyers are stepping up, volume is increasing.

I haven't been here as long as many, but it's very exciting nonetheless!
