Tracert isn't reliable in this case. They shut that off because there's some virus out there flooding networks with pings.

I was finally able to reach a person and they're looking into it. I rebooted the webserver, to no avail. The guy I talked to did find one site pushing about 15Mbps of traffic right now and is going to call me back after they find out what's going on and make sure we're not on the same switch. SI and iHub are both on the same switch there, I think. Which would neatly explain my data import slowness too.

If I download a file from iHub, I'm only getting about 20K throughput. If I download from download.com, I get 85K, which isn't bad for a 768k DSL connection.
