Penta Nova seems to be moving up a bit. They released a story about increasing flow from an existing Argentine well from 35bpd to 125bpd by inserting a downhole heater, common technology in Canadian heavy oil wells.

The story seems to be unfolding as the principals forecast. I think they still need some money so there may be a financing coming that will temporarily knock down the price but if it all comes true, C$.42 will be VERY Cheap. Principals have done it before and made lots of money for shareholders. I think they can do it again.
