The actual amount of stock traded in the open market today was 678 million shares. Of that 488 million was from block position sales at $0.0001 which is likely all dilution...or about 72% of the open market trades.

Its obvious what the purpose of that PR was today.

Depending on what the note holders have left to sell...if the stock doesn't stay liquid an RS in inevitable.
