- UTOPYA merged with ANDI Nov 2017, new business model, new
direction, they will manufacture UTOPYA cell phones &
distribute in a number of markets worldwide (similar to BLU
phones, but the ANDI team has perfected security/proprietary
SW/features/apps/cloud storage/etc..etc..)
- Targeting mid-market price point, some of richest companies
are tech companies
- No Reverse Split, No Toxic Debt
- Not a P&D nor do they subscribe to it
- Mr.Green, an Investor/Advisor of Billions of Dollars on-board!
(his DD alone tells us we have a Gem in the making!)
- Manufacturer vetted/selected, presently testing
- The ANDI Team will be attending the Worlds largest CES
trade/Tech show held in Vegas January 7-12. They have meetings
booked with Telco/Distributors to demonstrate & Finalize
agreements. Mike said they expect to have huge news &
announcements to update shareholders from the show or shortly
after the show. Mikes words, "Prepare for Lift-off"
- Ticker & Name change approx 1 Feb 2018 to reflect new direction
- 2018 Revenue Expectations = They expect to surpass $100 Million

Mr.Green is the key for me, nobody of his business acumen ever gets involved in a pink stock. His DD is much more stringent than anyone of us could ever do, that is the main reason I will hold strong. A "once in a blue moon" opportunity. Silver & above IMHO!!! Go ANDI
