I AM NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, i'm just a trader like you, so I can never give advice. I feel owning 1 million shares at HMLA current price of 0039 and under 130k mrkt cap is like buying pennies on the dollar or as in this case subs on the pennies.. IMO. If one owned 1 million shares at this current price of .0039, that may not mean much now, but in the next 6 months I BELIEVE there is a favorable chance at 36 million O\S HMLA can touch or BREAK 3 cents in a heartbeat. by share count only. Yeah 1 million shares at .0039 costs a trader $3,900 at .03 thts 39,000. I DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON, but 36 million O\S, .0039? Looks sweeter than cinnamon toast crunch. 1 UPDATE AND FORGET ABOUT IT. IMO. But do your DD, use YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT and see how you feel.

WHO is John M. Fife? Glad you asked. HE IS THE OWNER OF A HEDGEFUND. Owners of Hedgefunds don't mingle with sleezy pennystock owners, they stay away from the pennystock industry entirely. So WHY would he buy 3.6 million shares of HMLA with his own PERSONAL money? I dont know but if I WERE TO GUESS, I would say to make a profit, i would say he was shown something he liked, did his homework and took the opportunity. But thats just me, trust me some people will come here and say he purchased the shares to lose money and actually try to make you believe it.
