Permit didn't work out and then they went for a diff permit and things just slowly went down hill.

Believe me, they will string something together sometime around March/April like they did last year.

I noticed they are de-listed from the sec so unfortunately these pathetic people can do whatever they please for now.

High Risk/High reward. But lying in a PR back in April is 100% illegal and I'm sure they will cover their butt for it in 2018 somehow/someway.

The management knows they are in DEEP with committing several different illegal acts. The longer they wait, the more likely that a shareholder will review their options bringing a lawsuit to the table.
