For whats its worth Riggs has been VERY busy in 2017, $EPSC not so much...

Tough year for shareholders indeed and we can only continue to speculate about the possibilities here with $EPSC. I do continue to hope they have not forgotten about $EPSC as they been building up Riggs Co. this past year. Let 2018 be prosperous for Riggs and All $EPSC Shareholders!
