these are trade ideas that you have to research and watch for months sometimes even a year...some go up and some just disappear...its a chance play but does work sometimes for decent gains...I have been interested in NOUV but I haven't bought in yet... dont make the same mistake I did which is hold when you are up otherwise these can come crashing down....
