Siaf got a loan during dummer 2017 that couldnt be used for capex. Since SIAF is making a profit put all CAPEX on hold plus recived a loan what happend to the money ?

I never really understand this company. Why coudnt they just use these money to pay back the toxic loan. They seam to always make things sound so complicated.
