More like a buy back the R/S was canceled
UNGS the Company notified the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") of its decision to rescind the proposed reverse stock split of the Company's common stock and reduction in the number of Authorized shares of common stock.

The Company reacquired 586,799,722 shares of its issued and outstanding common stock which were returned to the Company's transfer agent to be retired
