Clinical trial reports and various tests should be combined with the patient monitoring data. Providers could add them to blockchain as new transactions.

Mining aspect

As the blockchain structure follows, miners mine the transaction and once mined, a notification is generated at the patient's end to confirm the authenticity.

Once the patient confirms the authenticity, the information block needs to be encrypted with patient's public key and stored to the blockchain network and is ready for the community to rely upon.
