Drilling of this first of 5 horizontal wells for the initial leg of a 20 to 40 well project will take approximately 15 to 18 days. Thereafter, the well will produce high grade, light crude with an expected value of $24 million at a very conservatively estimated $50 BBL WTI price. At the time of this post, WTI was trading at $58.35 BBL!

Private placement was over-subscribed by 806,000 units in just 1 week, bringing the total NON-DILUTIVE FUNDS raised from this offering to $570,900.
