He was a neophyte wanting to get into the Microcrap market scam business.

Only problem is that he flocks up coming out of the gate as a new scammer. He chooses to take over the MNZO scam where the original CEO Kenny had been run out of the market. A scam the SEC was still watching in case Kenny or the Peachtree gang tred something. Along comes neophyte scammer Bobby. Wonder if he tried an illegal stock dump?

If Bobby had setup a paper company, R/Med into a zombie shell totally unrelated to MNZO, he would've been free to start his scam. The SEC never would've noticed him in a pinky. It takes a genius of an idiot to jump up&down in front of the SEC screaming: Please hang me! Here's the rope to do it! Now he's trying to disappear in the mist.
