I don't necessarily disagree that good fundamentals should be enough to legitimately drive up the price and on big board stocks, that's more often the case.

In penny land, you'll see companies with toxic debt, no revs, inflated SS and they get pumped and their pps shoots to the moon. Fundamentals go out the window in so many cases.

This company is solid and should be enough to actualize it's real pps value, but it hasn't. That's the unfortunate part.

Stock manipulation according to the SEC. "Making false or misleading statements about a company."
