Well that was an informative and well thought out statement! I hope you are correct and that something is truly in the works. As most on this board know, I have been unhappy with the lack of transparency and stand by my position that there are ways to communicate with shareholders that still allow the company to maintain the integrity of its operations or attempts to secure funding, including a shareholders meeting if only to say...they are working on things. But you may be right Bj106, maybe something is in the works because I have to believe that neither Cauri Jaye or Dale Herigstad would want their reputations tarnished by association with a shoddy operation and your point about the new lawyer also makes sense. So at least the presence of those two on the product side, IF they are still involved, gives one pause. It would be nice if someone could actually confirm that....Cauri still has Cable Clix listed on his linked in page but other than the press release I haven't been able to find out anything on the net that indicates if Dale is still involved or not. And yes, likely over the holidays, things will be slow. But boy, is it murky and with that murkiness comes a lot of uneasiness and most likely is why everyone is upset on this board and why some have bailed. A little light at the end of the tunnel would sure help.
