I sure hope you're right. I'd hate to think that he financed the purchase of the VTGN shares with cash borrowed against settlement funds not yet received. Naaaah...he wouldn't do that.

When do you suppose he'll announce the receipt and net amount of the settlement? If it's in the bank already I'd expect a filing. Wouldn't you?
