Pay yourself a dividend while you're waiting. Write some Calls against your shares that expire today or in a week or so.

By doing that and you only picked up an additional 3% per month -- easy peasy -- and you reinvested that so that it compounds, the annual return would be 43% on the underlying stock. Doing that for two years doubles your money even if the stock didn't move at all at the end of that two years.
