I appreciate you posting this. It's very informative to say the least. The ultimate decision on making it right to the loyal shareholders like yourself will be Lakens though. If your pro "sliced bread" then that is all good, if your not then there's reason for concern. Furthermore even if the lawsuit is a smashing success who's to say that this Wagner character will even have the money to pay the settlement. As the saying goes, "You can't get blood from a turnip"
