you have to figure that Dietrich has the dirt on some of the hinky stuff that Leighton/Dutchess and Chardan did in regards to stock issuances.

Leighton is a pretty imposing figure in the OTC Arena and with a little pressure from Dietrich pointed in his direction I would ASSume that every one decided it was to their benefit to fall in line

being issued shares probably helped... after all, who would want to get caught up in this mess anyway
