The PR didn't say the things you stated. They didn't sell 200 units and there was no plan to ship any this winter.

Looks like Fogo Island turbine isn't going to be installed.

The 10-K is due today. If they don't get it in they will be delinquent and kicked off the OTCQB. A market maker will need to sponsor them for Pink Sheets or they will be gray market with no Bid or Ask.
