I already said this and it's in the news they did it to satisfy shares of debt they already issued and have to meet!!! And of course they want to sell more shares in order to pay exspenses and further the companies developments and costs. Unfortunately though it makes this stock very unattractive at these prices because shares are worth a lot less now.
