while i really do agree with many of your points, i don't see the reason to raise the AS anywhere near that... why would they need to do that? LRS can again purchase all debt as a debt to equity agreement and own all the shares right now...LRS can purchase all the convertible notes outstanding and instantly give ECOS a substantial price change.


also LRS has enough cash on hand to purchase ecos and go public.
