I also speculate that Monbat assured the judge ( 20 million minimum would be given to the claimants) that every one including us will be treated fairy because essentially we were as investors not treated fairly. The Arch boys and their "alleged by some posters" ill gotten shares is definitely not part of this or part of this depending the disposition of their shares and their relationship with Enersy. I know this a contradiction , but not knowing the inner dealings it's impossible to know what is going on! Again all in my opinion not based on any facts.
